(OTCBB:GBVS) ('Global') through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Beverage Network of Maryland, Inc. and Aqua Maestro, Inc., engages in the distribution of New Age beverages and imported bottled water through Direct Store Delivery ('DSD') distribution, sales to third party distributors and the Internet. Its customers include retail grocery stores, specialty stores, convenience stores, health food stores, delis, hotels, restaurants and foodservice distributors. The Company is based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
The Company's strategy is to build brands, either through acquisition or by developing beverages internally. It believes its existing subsidiaries provide excellent platforms to launch and develop proprietary high-end bottled water and New Age Beverage brands. |
BEVERAGE NETWORK of MARYLAND
Beverage Network of Maryland offers brands such as Fiji, Arizona and Welch's and services 2,000 retail accounts in the Baltimore/Washington market with 10 sales reps and 12 delivery vehicles. The Company sells warehouse direct over ten brands including Arizona Iced Tea and Fiji Water to Giant Food, the largest grocery chain in the Baltimore/Washington market.

AQUA MAESTRO
Aqua Maestro offers dozens of brands of the world's finest still, sparkling, and naturally carbonated mineral waters. Aqua Maestro's operations are based in Boca Raton, Florida and the Company has a significant presence in the high-end, imported bottled water business and currently imports and sells over 40 imported bottled water brands to:
- Consumers through the Internet;
- Retailers through Company owned distribution; and
- Third party distributors.
Aqua Maestro differentiates itself from other water importers and distributors through its Internet site and the depth and scope of its relationships with over 40 imported bottled water brands including: Nestles, Voss, Evian, San Benedetto, Finé and Cape Karoo. Aqua Maestro enjoys exclusivity with a number of brands including Voss Water (Internet exclusivity), San Benedetto (regional exclusivity) and Finé and Cape Karoo (U.S. exclusivity).
